Spring has sprung for me Collecting Dandelions and infusing for this years salves. Dandelion (Taraxicum officinale) Dandelions are an excellent source of food and medicine and most often thought of as nothing more than a pesky weed. They are invasive and grow in every crack and crevice. Im am grateful for this. Dandelion leaves, flowers, and roots are all edible.
