Juniper berry is wonderful in massage blends, it has a warming/stimulating effect on the muscles, which improves circulation. It is a diuretic and lymphatic decongestant, helps bloating, fluid retention, varicose veins, arthritis and rheumatism.
Also it is used to make Gin.
